Welcome to Educate Me AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website or web app (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply worldwide; UK users benefit from their statutory consumer rights.

Educate Me AI provides AI-powered learning tools (AI tutor, flashcards, quizzes, mock exams with instant marking, analytics, study groups) aligned to publicly available curricula and specifications. Features may vary by plan and platform.
2.1 No exam board affiliation
Educate Me AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board (including AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, WJEC/Eduqas, CCEA, Cambridge, IB). Any syllabus mapping is our best-effort alignment to publicly available specifications.
2.2 Internal banding and predictions
We provide internal performance banding, insights, and predicted grades to support revision planning. These are informational only, not official grades or guarantees of outcomes.
2.3 AI content
AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Use your judgement, consult teachers/official materials, and verify important information.
3. Accounts
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Under-16s require parental/guardian or school consent.
Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
4. Plans, Payments, Trials
Pro: 7 days free trial where thereafter billed monthly at £11.99/month.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time.
Payments are processed by third-party providers; you authorise recurring charges until cancelled.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
Refunds: Non-refundable except as required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Acceptable Use
Don’t use the Service unlawfully, to harass or harm others, or to upload infringing or offensive content.
No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing technical protections.
Community features (e.g., study groups) must be used respectfully and lawfully.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, our content, and AI-generated instructional materials are owned by Educate Me AI or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them within the Service for study purposes. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy (above). By using the Service, you consent to lawful processing as described there.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service supports learning but does not guarantee academic results.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose risks to users or the Service. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify features and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
For UK users, these Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Elsewhere, local mandatory laws may apply.
